TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These terms apply to 24/7 Freeride services: Davos Snow Camp packs (Basic, Rider and Explorer), Group Snow Week, equipment rental, the avalanche course and the shop. Prices are in euros. Packs are per person and cover 7 days with a 6-day ski pass, unless stated otherwise.

2. How to book

A request made through the form, by WhatsApp or by email is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, subject to availability. We normally reply within 24 hours.

3. What is included

Each pack includes what is described on its page of the site. Unless stated otherwise, the following is not included: travel to Zurich, the van transfer in the Basic and Rider packs (optional, 100 € per person, minimum 5 and maximum 8 people per van; included in the Explorer Pack and the Group Snow Week), equipment rental, travel insurance and personal expenses. The train from Zurich airport has an indicative cost of 130 € per person, return.

4. Payment

Payment terms (deposit and balance) and payment details are given in the booking confirmation. In the shop, payment is by MB Way or bank transfer.

5. Cancellation by the customer

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start.
• Between 30 and 14 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before: no refund.

We recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

6. Changes and cancellation by us

The programme may be adjusted for safety, weather or snow and avalanche conditions, and the coaches decide what is done each day. The WEF (World Economic Forum) takes place in Davos on 18–22 January 2027 and no trips run that week. If we cancel a service ourselves, we offer a new date or refund the amounts paid for that service.

7. Safety and responsibility

• Mountain sports involve risk. You must state your level truthfully and follow the coaches’ instructions.
• Avalanche equipment is mandatory and recommended for off-piste outings. It is available to rent.
• Coaches may exclude a person from an activity for safety reasons.
• We recommend travel insurance covering accidents, assistance and mountain rescue.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Equipment rental

Equipment is available on request, booked in advance: snowboard or ski from 15 € per day per item; ABS backpack 20 € per day; transceiver, snowshoes and helmet 15 € per day each. Equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was handed over. Damage beyond normal wear, or loss, may be charged.

9. Shop

Orders are placed by WhatsApp. We confirm availability, size and colour. We ship nationwide, or you can collect at our events. If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the law (Decree-Law 24/2014), subject to legal exceptions. To exercise it, contact us using the details below.

10. Photo and video

Our camps include photo and video. Publishing images in which you appear depends on your consent, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos and logo on the site belong to 24/7 Freeride or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our permission.

12. Complaints and governing law

You can file complaints in the Electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) or directly with us. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
