How much does a week of snowboard or ski in Davos cost?

Updated October 2026. Prices are approximate: always confirm before booking.

Switzerland has a reputation for being expensive, and if you go on your own with hotel, lift pass and coaching, the bill climbs fast. That is why our Davos snow camps are a fixed-price pack: you know what you pay and what is not covered.

What the packs include

Every pack includes 7 nights of accommodation and 6 days of lift pass for Davos-Klosters (about 300 km of slopes). Basic also includes breakfast and fully free schedules. Rider adds 3 days with coaching, and Explorer 5 days with 2 coaches plus 1 touring day. Both include photo and video at no extra cost.

There is also a 5 nights and 5 days of ski pass option: Basic from 595€, Rider 895€ and Explorer 1395€. Groups can choose the 5-night option too.

What is not included

  • Flight to Zurich. The price changes a lot with the season, so booking early helps.
  • Train from the airport to Davos, about 130€ return per person, if you skip the van.
  • Van transfer Zurich ↔ hotel ↔ Zurich: 100€ per person on Basic and Rider (minimum 5, maximum 8 per van). Included in Explorer and Groups.
  • Equipment rental, from 15€ per day, and avalanche gear.
  • Meals beyond what your hotel includes, and travel insurance.

Avalanche gear and course

To ride off-piste you need a transceiver, shovel and probe, and the skills to use them. You can rent the gear: see rental prices. If you have never trained, the avalanche course costs 500€ per group (3 to 8 people).

Sample budget

A rider from Lisbon or Porto on the Rider pack pays 1195€ and adds flight and transfer. Flights vary a lot from date to date, so the honest way is to ask us for an estimate for your dates. For riders from Brazil, Chile or Argentina, the big extra is the transatlantic flight; the rest of the budget is the same.

How to save

  • Go as a group: the transfer is shared and there are group conditions.
  • Pick Basic if you already ride off-piste with friends and just need lodging and lift pass.
  • Book your flight as soon as dates are set.
  • Rent gear in Davos instead of paying for sports baggage on the plane.
